Home maintenance
The service includes for one year:
- 10 half-days of regular preventive maintenance at the rate of 3 hours of intervention by a technician each month, according to a schedule to be defined (10 interventions per year)
- 5 half-day on-demand interventions for IT support and/or troubleshooting. Each intervention is carried out on D+1, at the customer's request.
- Telephone support by workshop technicians Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost adjusted to the number of PCs; example for 10 pc: €1980.00 excluding tax (€2376 including tax)
- Additional half-day €125 excluding tax (€150 including tax)
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
