A 12-month commercial warranty is applied to all our laptops (PCs and MacBooks) with their charger, as well as desktop computers, except for defects linked to downgrading.

Laptop batteries (PCs and MacBooks) are guaranteed for 6 months, except for defects linked to downgrading.

For other products (video projectors, screens, or tablets), a 6-month legal guarantee applies.

Within the warranty period, and in the event of a breakdown, the product is repaired free of charge. If repair is not possible, the product is exchanged.

Our computers are carefully tested and refurbished, because your satisfaction is our first concern. Buying a refurbished PC means doing something for the environment and saving money.
